Drilling & Engineering Services (D&E)

Well drilling engineering and completion is a critical phase in the oil and gas industry, involving the design, planning, and execution of drilling operations to access hydrocarbon reservoirs. This field encompasses a range of activities, from initial geological assessments to the final completion of a well for production. Successful well drilling and completion not only maximize resource recovery but also ensure safety and environmental sustainability.

Rig Management

Towset Energy offers a flexible, multiservice approach to deliver the right products and services for dedicated project coordination, management of inhouse and third-party services, and material procurement We provide rig management services for land rigs, swamp rigs, jack up rigs, and subsea drillship. We also render inspection services that help operators increase drilling efficiency. • LAND RIG • SWAMP RIG • JACK UP RIG • SUBSEA DRILL SHIP

Solid Control Systems

TOWSET Solution Orientated: In developing our portfolio of solids control systems, we went far beyond a one size fits all approach. We recognized that each project and each rig is different, and that diversity extends to the solids control. Our Rig Engineering and Systems group works closely with rig designers, contractors, operators and shipyards to assess their unique specifications. We examine well programs to determine the optimum solids control program to meet specific cost, operational and environment requirements. At Towset, we maintain a proper and full range of Solids control technique used in a drilling rig to separate the solids in the drilling fluids that are crushed by the drill bits and carried out of the well surface. Our solid control system contains five stages: the mud tank, shale shaker, vacuum degasser, desander, and centrifuge. Our range of shale shakers can separate big solids with diameter above 75μm, the desander addresses solids from 45-74μm, and the desilter segregates solids between 15-44μm. The vacuum degasser is used to separate the air. When there is no air in the mud, the degasser works as a big agitator. All these stages are mounted on the top of the mud tank. After separating the solids, the clean mud can be pumped into the borehole again. We offer efficient solids control equipments

Mud logging

At TOWSET Energy, we offers mud logging solutions to fit our client’s needs. All our systems offer Formation Evaluation FE, Drilling Optimization DO, Web-Based Real-Time Data Transmission WB-RTD, and Early Kick Detection EKD. Enhanced systems offer more in-depth options, including systems for deep water and high pressure HP, high temperature HT Well. We provide secure and customized real-time data RTD communication, in-house research and development, and 24/7 on-call support for our equipment and our engineers. We ensure that our mud logging Services provide decision-ready information about well status and drilling performance are helping to drill better wells more efficiently. Critical decisions are being guided by timely and more accurate information on reservoir fluid composition, lithology to detect pay zones, well placement, and revealing reservoir connectivity and compartmentalization. We provide this service in order lowers costs and improves the success rates. We achieve this kind of operations by using our sophisticated system and experience crews, which range from people. Our Engineers on site, provides and analyzed geological data as well as drilling parameters to identify and or productive hydrocarbon reserves, subsurface formation porosity and formation fractures. The used to make recommendation that optimize drilling paths (geosteering) for maximum reset production. Mud Loggers also look at the filling parameters in conjunction with formation and provide recommendations to improve drilling rates reduce costs and enhance safety. Our drilling-optimization package, hole-stability monitoring, and advanced pore pressure enhance mud-logging services.

Drill Pipes

As clients expand their project strategy into more demanding environments, the requirement for eliminating non-productive time (NPT) becomes important. With costs associated with onshore and offshore projects continuing to rise, assurance that equipment and materials satisfy the specification requirements becomes imperative. At TOWSET, we ensure that we supply factory recommended drill pipes that meet API Specifications. We have in our inventory drill pipes ranging from the heavy weight drill pipes and provide our oil and gas customers with high quality drill pipes and tool joints for a wide variety of well profiles Our complete offer includes corrosion-resistant and high-strength steel grades for demanding operations. Our drill pipes are available with outside diameters (ODs) ranging from 2 3/8” to 5 7/8”. We offer E-75 to S-135 grades, in accordance with API Specification 5D and API Specification 7 as well as proprietary grades for more stringent requirements Sour service grades: C95S and C105S High strength grades: S140 and S150 Our drill pipes are manufactured in an integrated production process where pipe bodies and tool joints are assembled through friction welding. Our product engineering capabilities allow us to work in partnership with our customers to create drill pipe to meet their specific needs.

Drill Stem Testing

The Drill Stem Testing (DST) bottom-hole assembly is designed around your test objectives and well parameters. At Toswet Our focus is providing down hole systems, including perforating guns, with the functionality to effectively and safely perform the well test, while capturing quality data, such as bottom-hole pressures and temperatures during flow (drawdown) and shut-in (build up) periods and representative single-phase formation fluid samples of existing and emerging growth markets. With close links to our long established Subsea product line. Whether your goal is to determine reservoir pressure, permeability, skin, or productivity, our downhole technology delivers the right answers. Accurate downhole pressure measurements, even under very hostile conditions, increase your confidence in reservoir characterization. Flexibility in downhole tool design gives you reservoir information from multiple zones on the same test, saving rig time and allowing you to update your reservoir model sooner.

Drilling Waste Management

TOWSET offers a full range of drilling waste management equipment for solids control, cuttings containment and handling, recycling and recovery, waste water treatment, filtration and disposal as well as engineering services for drilling waste management designs for mud tank systems and liquid mud plant design. When things get busy we offer you top quality management services for your drilling fluids and your drilling waste management needs. Using our Proprietary Comprehensive Database PCD services we can provide Real- Time Reporting RTR so you can stay on top of your project.
